Perfect Realtor, Perfect Home!!

Last spring, we were out on a weekend Open House adventure hoping to stumble across just the right house. We found a lovely home; however, it didn’t work out to be the one for us. We did, however, find the perfect realtor! Lynnell was just the person we needed; she’s a great listener, clearly has endless patience; and as a longtime local, knows the area well. Our quest for a new home was particularly challenging because there weren’t many homes for sale that met our needs. Lynnell understood what type of properties interested us and she worked very hard to locate everything that might be worthy of our time to see. The obstacle of trying to secure a home in such a tight market resulted in having to enter into multiple offer transactions on property after property. The negotiations were intense while the prospect of losing out again and again was somewhat disheartening. But, Lynnell got us through it all and finally into the home we actually fell in love with at first sight! We are thrilled with our new home and are deeply appreciative of all the professionalism shown to us throughout our endeavor to get here. It is with great pleasure to say that we would gladly refer our friends and family to Lynnell.

Over And Above

Over many years I have used the real estate services of Lynnell Honda. I met her in 2009 when I came to the US to buy a home for my family. She was very informative and knew the local areas very well. This came in handy since I was not from here. Lynnell took all the information I gave her, size position and upgrades that were important to me and we went out searching for a home. The search went well and we found a home that met all my expectations. I returned to Europe and handled the escrow long distance. Her ability to communicate and follow thru made this process less stressful. My family is still enjoying our beautiful home. I also have used Lynnell to find an income property in San Diego.
