Brokers Tony Silva and  Lynnell Honda went above and beyond the normal services usually provided by Realtors. They oversaw the sales of 3 different properties … a condominium, a farm, and a residence, each with different challenges.

Their experience managed the withdrawal of a squatter and his heavy-duty machinery from the farm, their recommended contractor helped us with a renovation of the house, helping us with a higher sale. They also worked successfully with the Condo association to make the sale go very smoothly due to some legal issues.
