Bill Dixon

Graduated from the University of Evansville (Indiana) and, at the request of the University, remained a year as a Lecturer of Biology. 

CA real estate broker (residential, land and commercial) and mortgage broker;

Asset manager -- managing office and retail properties;

Developer of residential, commercial and industrial properties, including Bear Creek Golf Community in Murrieta, CA;

Development consultant to developers and builders for projects of all sizes, one of which was Marbella Golf and Country Club in San Juan Capistrano, CA;

Owners’ representative for development of residential, industrial and commercial projects.

During the last two recessions, Mr. Dixon represented several financial institutions, assisting with managing, repairing, marketing and selling their REO’s.

Mr. Dixon has earned several Salesman of The Year Awards, Top 1% of agents nationwide with Berkshire Hathaway, BH Chairman’s Circle Diamond award winner, and has served as:

Inter-board Mediator for the California Association of Realtors,

Director of the Rancho Temecula Murrieta Association of Realtors,

Member of the Professional Standards Committee for the RTM Association of Realtors,

Treasurer of the Multiple Listing Service Corporation,

Member of the City of Temecula Marketing Committee,

Founder and Chairman of the RTM Charity Golf Classic, SW Riverside County,

Founder and Co-Chairman of the San Diego Hospice Invitational Golf Tournament,

Member of the Century Club of San Diego (conducts annual PGA Tour golf tournament),

Chairman (six terms) of the Skyline School Site Council,

Vice-Chairman of the Solana Beach Crime Commission,

President (two terms) of the Santa Fe Hills Homeowners Association (411 single-family detached residences) in Solana Beach, CA,

Director of the Charitable Foundation (Berkshire Hathaway), and as an

Honorary Member of the Long Beach Police Officers Association.

Mr. Dixon served as an officer in the US Navy, and was awarded the Navy Commendation Medal for his leadership and action in combat.
